Mission Possible Teens Music Club is dedicated to fostering a love of singing and music in children. In our program, we teach music theory and vocal technique with songs from Disney movies and Broadway, and record performances every once in a while to show off our progress. Most importantly, we aim to make music fun, and inspire a lifetime love of music.
My name is Kaede Shimizu and I’m a rising senior at California Crosspoint High School. I’ve had a passion for music since I was young, and I’ve been taking classical singing lessons for over 7 years. Over the past few years, I’ve won multiple national and international awards and earned the Certificate of Merit Level 10 Advanced vocal certification with state honors. To me, the most important part of singing is that it’s a means of self expression and a way to spread joy to others. I hope that through this vocal course, I will be able to spread this love of singing to young children.
This is Aaron Zhou. Music is something I have held interest in ever since I was 4 years old, and I have continued it for almost 10 years now. For me, music isn’t just a simple subject, but a language for the inner soul. It’s a beautiful form of expression that serves as one of the universal languages for all objects within our world. In this vocal course, I hope to connect students with this language and allow them to find out more about themselves using the power of music.
We have always worked to improve interconnectedness and a sense of community through a vast variety of clubs and events.
